Accessed via gates (which are shared with the manor house), this cottage has a driveway and parking for a few cars.
To the front right of the cottage there is a small barn. This is not connected to the driveway and as such cannot be used by a vehicle as a ‘garage’.

Ground Floor
On entering the cottage is a hallway, with a modern kitchen to the front with USB points, electric oven with hob, undercounter dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer. From the hallway in one direction is the second bedroom (or study) with en suite shower room, and a conservatory accessed only from this bedroom, which leads out to the flint walled garden. From the hallway in the other direction is the living room, with wood floors throughout this room and brand new wood burning stove. At the far end of the living room is the sunroom from where you also can access the walled garden though an external door.

First Floor
Accessed from the living room via a short staircase, there is a small landing off which leads to the family bathroom and main bedroom.
There is a large airing cupboard in the bathroom and storage cupboards in the bedroom. Access to the loft space is off the landing however this is not suitable for storage.

To the rear is a private, flint walled garden.

To the front, the property is just across from the Manor house, and from here there are views reaching across to Normans Bay.
