Made some great tasting shrimp scampi, and the most tasty ingredient was Captain Mark's shrimp. The cost for this dish was about $10.00 and fed three people, and none of us ate anything else, only the shrimp scampi.

5he service was amazing we came when they were closed but they opened and helped us not only get the fish we wanted but deheaded, descaled and put on ice. They expwhat they were doing with our kids and were extremely friendly and family engaged 10 out of 10 recommend!

Man .... we had a great vacation and thanks to Captain Mark's Seafood.... We had a great seafood dinner at the end... everything was fresh ... will definitely go back... until next time signing off Two Peas...

It's the only place to go for fresh seafood! and I mean that only in the BEST way. We don't go anywhere else. They have the freshest selection of fish, shrimp, crab and my favorite in winter months .. the raw oysters. The staff is always friendly and polite and they can answer just about any question on the prep. Not to mention they'll clean and filet ahead of time and ven boil the shrimp if you want. The store carries sides in the freezers such as stuffed crab, hush puppies or minced crab meat and more. The selection may vary but all good. Also have the fry mixes, coatings, spices, jarred sauce etc. The store is always spotless, Prices are comparable to other stores if not better and selection is always better.

This seafood restaurant is one of the best places we have ever been,the food is excellent the price was good and the service is very good, if you come here you will have a great time. We recommend Capitain Mark’s Seafood with 5⭐

Good selection of fresh caught local fish. The staff was very helpful in preparing the fish to make it ready for us to cook (filleting, deveined shrimp, etc)

Pulled onto town wanting a shrimp boil Sunday night, got to Captain Mark’s 25 minutes after closed. They were locked up and the salesman was sitting in his car about to leave. Saw up, opened back up, and sold us his last 3 lbs. The shrimp were fresh and tasty! And his warm

Love going here for our fresh shrimp whenever we visit Surfside Beach. The smaller shrimp we boil and fry, and the bigger ones we bacon wrap and grill. Also fried some catfish, it was some of the cleanest tasting fish. Spent less on 3 meals than we probably would have on 1 night out at a restaurant.

Bought crabs, shrimp, &crawfish for a beach-boil. All of the items were fresh. Prices were very reasonable. Girl at the counter stayed past closing to get is everything we wanted - great service.

Bought 5 dozen live crabs today. Huge, heavy and delicious. Only 1 or 2 bad ones in the lot. The young man who packed them for me was amazing. Call ahead to make sure they have them that day.

Awesome little fresh seafood market. Lady was really nice and helped us get what we needed for a little boil. The crabs were frozen and tasted like they were right from the ocean after we cooked them. Everything was really nicely priced, we compared to the markets in Galveston and saved over 4 dollars a pound on the large shrimps. Anyways we will definitely come for our seafood runs.

Dang, were the people nice and the seafood delicious. We got a filleted red snapper & olive flounder with a pound and a half of scallops. With butter and lemon on those, this was definitely a dinner to remember.

Fresh seafood. Great variety and great prices. Much better than seafood markets in Galveston if you are willing to make the trip. The drive along the coast across San Luis Pass is quite rewarding too.

Friendly staff will answer any questions knowledgeable about.and will call about those they aren't.
Store is clean and you know it because you will get a hint of Clorox on most visits...

This place is great for fresh (hours old) seafood!
Excellent service, where they will scale and fillet your selection on request.
The most delicious Red Snapper and collosal shrimp we prepared at home that evening.
Scrupulously clean as well.

I’m impressed. The store was clean and not smelly considering it’s a seafood market. All the catch were fresh and the staff were all nice and polite. I bought red snapper, jumbo shrimp and crab fingers. Now I found my seafood store, I will definitely go back to try other fish and crabs because I’m a seafood lover especially fish. Thank you guys for being so nice and professional. Definitely 5 stars❤
