The Production Drench Cabinet Operator weights up metal racks performs liquid smoke drench of metal racks and transfers them to the batch oven. Ensures work is completed in a safe manner and within the quality parameters established.
Core Responsibilities
* Setting up drench cabinet.
* Set titration levels and monitor throughout day.
* Record Titration and Minolta levels.
* Weigh up metal racks on scale and issue tickets.
* Load and unload metal racks into and out of drench cabinet; load into available oven.
* Operation of drench cabinet.
* Other Duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), required.
* Knowledge and experience in Meat Industry, preferred.
* Competent and trustworthy to comply with federal inspection programs and company safety and health policies.
* Must possess organization skills.
* Must be able to follow step by step processes.
* Must be detail oriented.
* Must have basic math and computer skills.
* Must maintain regular and predictable attendance.
* Be available to work scheduled hours, which may include mandatory overtime, depending upon production demands.
* Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
* Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
