What are Rewards?
MyRewards allows you to earn related Rewards in a variety of ways such aswhen you pay Direct Debits, spend with your debit or credit card or log in to the mobile app.
You can watch your Rewards grow in the app and when you have more than £5 in Rewards you can choose to covert them into money to bank, exchange or donate.
How to earn Rewards
The way you can earn Rewards will be different depending on which current account or credit card you have with us.
Earn £4 in Rewards a month
Pay 2 or more Direct Debits from your Reward account – 2 of those Direct Debits need to be at least £2 each.

As a MyRewards customer, you could earn extra Rewards when you spend. Your offers change regularly. Check the MyRewards section of your app to see your latest offers. Maybe you enjoy a Greggs sausage roll for lunch, or like to do your weekly shop at Morrisons?
Last year our Reward customers earned an average of 6% back in Rewards whenusing their NatWest debit card at our partners.Based on Rewards earned vs. amount spent in 2023.

Who can earn Rewards?
You can earn Rewards if you have:
- a Reward, Reward Silver, Reward Platinum, Premier Reward or Premier Reward Black account (monthly fee applies).
- a Reward credit card. Representative 31.0% APR (variable). Annual fee applies - but we'll refund it if you have a Reward current account.
- a Reward Black credit card. Representative 40.7% APR (variable). Annual fee applies - but we'll refund it if you have a Premier Reward Black current account.

Use your Rewards in three ways
Bank your Rewards
Pay them as money into your bank account
Change your Rewards into money which you can either transfer into your NatWest current account or use towards reducing your Reward Credit Card balance.
£5 in Rewards could mean £5 in your bank account.
The money can take 5 working days to be added to your account.

Exchange your Rewards
Exchange them for e-gift cards from our partners.
Exchange your Rewards for e-gift cards which you can use at selected partners either in store or online.
£10 in Rewards could be exchanged for a £10 B&Q eGift card, plus get 4% back in Rewards.
Our Partners can change, login to MyRewards regularly to see new ways to exchange your Rewards.

Donate your Rewards
Donate them to one of our chosen charities
We'll exchange your Rewards into cash and send your donation directly to your chosen charity. It's easy and can all be done within your NatWest app.
£5 in Rewards could be £5 donated to Macmillan Cancer Support, Alzheimer's Society and many more.

- If the QR code is not working for you, use this MyRewards link to get into your app.
- Or you can log in using Online Bankingand use the MyRewards section to access MyRewards.

MyRewards FAQs
Access MyRewards and tap on My Account at the top right of the screen. Tap 'Report Missing Transaction'. Read through the FAQs, and if you still want to log a missing transaction, tap the 'View Form' link and complete the required details.
When you exchange your Rewards you should check the following:
- Check we have the correct email address registered for you at MyRewards. This may be different from the one we have on our bank records. Log in to MyRewards then tap My Account > Your Personal Details to check.
- Check your spam folder.
- Some independent and workplace email providers may block MyRewards emails. Please check the security settings on your email account, or update your email address to ensure you are able to receive MyRewards emails.
After following the steps above, please contact us if you need us to resend your eGift card(s).
If you can see the MyRewards section on your mobile app or Online Banking, but don't have a supporting Reward current account or credit card, you are mostly likely member of our previous Cashback Plus programme.
The Cashback Plus scheme closed to new members in 2015, and was replaced by MyRewards, where you need to open a supporting Reward current account or credit card to be eligible to join.
You can continue to earn Rewards when you spend on your debit card with one of our partners (and if opted in will receive regular comms on our latest offers to earn more).
To avoid losing your MyRewards balance, we recommend that you exchange any redeemable balance before closing your last MyRewards linked account(s).
To see your exchange options:
Access the MyRewards section of our mobile app, then tap 'Exchange Rewards'.
Or, access Online Banking then click on the MyRewards section from the list of your accounts.
If you decide to close your last account(s) linked to MyRewards, you will have up to 90 days to redeem the MyRewards balance.
You won't be able to log in to MyRewards but you will have 90 days to exchange the Rewards balance.
To do so, you will need to contact us. Call us on 03457 888 444 (Relay UK 18001 03457 888 444) and state 'MyRewards' as the purpose of your call.
Join MyRewards
Become a MyRewards member and automatically earn Rewards if you have a Reward current accounts such as Reward, Reward Silver, Reward Platinum, Premier Reward or Premier Reward Black.
You can also earn Rewards with a Reward or Reward Black credit card.

Open or upgrade your existing NatWest current account to a Reward account. Specific account eligibility criteria apply.

Our Reward account is available to new customers. To apply, you must be 18+ and a UK resident. You need to also pay in £1,250 to an eligible NatWest account every month.
