Week 1

Let’s get started! We will dive right in with exploring what your hip range of motion currently looks like and begin building on that.

Following your surgery, it’s going to feel a bit limited to start and that is just fine! Take note of how it’s feeling and respect where you are at!

We will also start introducing some strength training and some isometric work, it’s time to make those hips strong!

Week 2

Time to further strengthen those hip muscles as well as the core!

If we aren’t doing core strengthening than we aren’t doing our post-op total hip rehab right!

Also, let’s start to challenge that balance a bit to make those everyday tasks start to feel more manageable.

Week 3

Time to get squatting!

You’ve put in the work thus far to build up that foundational strength, so let’s start putting that strength to the test!

This week we are also going to continue to build on your range of motion through your hip and challenge it a bit more.

Our hip joint is one of the most mobile joints in the body, let’s keep it that way!

Week 4

Halfway done and that hip is starting to feel better huh?

Keep up the good work!

Time to reassess how your hip motion and really dive into some more challenging core and hip strengthening. Let’s get after it!

Week 5

Time to really start challenging those smaller rotational muscles of your hip!

Helping to control both internal and external rotation of the hip, these muscles need to be strong!

Plus, we start building on your cardiovascular endurance!

Week 6

Let’s getcha up and moving!

This week, our exercises are tailored towards more standing-based movements and we get to start building further on our cardiovascular endurance!

Week 7

We are getting close to being done with the program and you have made strides – literally!

More core work, more standing work and more walking is on deck! Let’s get after it!

Week 8

Let’s finish this thing strong!

With added resistance this week, a few more reps, and a few more steps, we are so proud of how far you have come!

    This program is best suited for individuals beginning their rehab journey following a total hip replacement. This program can be completed for any approach. Please be sure to gain clearance from your surgical team and care team prior to beginning rehab.

  • What equipment is needed for this program?

    Resistance band, Loop Band, Slider, Chair

  • How much does the [P]rehab App membership cost?

    The monthly membership is $49.99/month (USD) and $199.99/year (USD. Our annual program begins with a Free 7-day trial while the monthly membership does not. Both memberships provide unlimited access to all programs and workouts, including new programs, workouts, and classes as they launch. The [P]rehab App Memberships are only accessible on our mobile app

  • How does the trial work?

    We offer a completely free, no hassle 7 day trial to the [P]rehab App on our Annual pricing plan. Our monthly pricing does not have a 7 day free trial option, rather this plan starts on the $49.99 per month membership on the purchase. For our free trial on the Annual plan, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the app, simply cancel before the 7 days end and you will not be charged.

  • Do you offer student, military, or first responder discounts?

    Yes! We are grateful for all the work military personnel and first responders do. Additionally, we were once students ourselves and are always supportive of the next generation! Please email us at support@theprehabguys.com with documentation of your student/military/first responder status and we will give you a special discount :)

  • Will my FSA/HSA work?

    FSAs and HSAs are used to pay for common out of pocket healthcare expenses. As a general rule of thumb, qualifying healthcare expenses include the cost of treatment or prevention of disease. If you think you have a medical condition that would benefit from an exercise program like our membership, we suggest you talk with your doctor and have him/her provide you with a Letter of Medical Necessity. We have had many people use their FSAs and HSAs in the past! Please check with your FSA/HSA for more information

  • How do I cancel?

    If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your membership renewal through your my account page. Follow the prompts to cancel on the Settings page, and your membership will not renew. Please note that there aren’t refunds for partially unused membership cycles. However, we will provide store credit if your purchase was made in the past 30 days. If you have more questions, please contact us. We’re happy to help! All sales are final.
