Job Summary:

*** Canada has a Toronto-based Marketing group as part of the Studio segment in *** Canada. This opportunity will involve establishing a heightened marketing and brand presence for the *** ' roster of content, including *** + and theatrical releases, from the *** family of brands. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who can help to support the overall marketing campaigns and plans in Canada for Marvel *** , *** , 20th Century *** and Star titles in Canada, while collaborating effectively with U.S. based functional groups.

Responsibilities:

  • Secure and traffic all *** creative for all mediums (broadcast, print, out of home, digital)
  • Assist in development of *** planning and agency direction
  • Build strong relationships with key *** partners (agency and digital)
  • Support the execution of all aspects of the day-to-day experiential marketing activations
  • Coordinate French Canadian translation process (with Quebec agency)
  • Liaise with U.S. functional teams for marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate shipping and inventory of marketing materials
  • Support senior *** marketing team members as needed
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years Canadian marketing experience
  • Experience in *** advertising, specifically placement/trafficking
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both local and remote stakeholders
  • Strong abilities to multi-task and embrace new marketing projects and challenges
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Strong computer efficiencies in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A love of film, entertainment & pop culture in general

Job Description

Universal Studio Operations is seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as an entry-level Marketing Coordinator. This role is ideal for a marketing student or professional who is eager to kick-start their career in the exhilarating world of entertainment. You will play a pivotal role in primarily executing digital marketing initiatives which promote the various studio ser *** departments on the Universal *** Lot, studio initiatives, and events while also engaging with our business-to-business audience to enhance the overall brand of the Universal *** Lot as a premiere destination for all filmmakers and content creators.

What You'll Do:

Social *** Content Creation, Scheduling, Editing and Publishing:

  • Create and edit social *** content for 4-6 Studio Services accounts across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
  • Work with Marketing team to keep photographs and video content organized in department's content library
  • Utilize social *** management platform to ensure advance scheduling of content for review and approval by Director of Marketing
  • Collaborate with Marketing team and Studio Operations departments for each account to create compelling content in a professional manner that adheres to guidelines, and meets each department's needs / goals and strategies
  • Research and/or be familiar with other social *** platforms to keep up-to-date with marketing trends and campaigns
  • Engagement with social *** audience in a professional and timely manner

Web Support:

  • Ability to provide support in minimal photo and video editing.

Role

Reporting into the Commercial Director, Digital, the Digital Account Manager role will perform key support functions to drive the revenue generated from our growing digital portfolio across international markets, brands and partners.

This role will support with pitching our Global portfolio alongside Account Directors, as well as facilitating cross-sales with other parts of the Comcast organisation, our programmatic operations, social *** sales and our partnership with FreeWheel.

This role will also work in close collaboration with partners and clients in international territories, as well as with internal business partners, such as our in house Creative agency, planning and operations teams, strategy, legal, and finance departments.

The Digital Account Manager is responsible for nurturing relationships with a diverse existing customer set; pitching, and converting solutions-based proposals built to maximize the monetization of *** Universal assets and building deep and lasting performance driven partnerships. This role will also play a pivotal role in identifying and approaching new prospects for business growth, generating new leads and campaigns of their own.

Responsibilities

  • Own the relationship *** ween *** U & other Comcast entities from an account management perspective, ensuring all partner sold deals are executed seamlessly
  • Educate clients, with regards to *** U opportunities across our product suite and campaign best practices
  • Partner with Account Directors to manage and build client relationships across a diverse customer set
  • Prepare proposals and creative solutions to a market leading standard in a highly competitive international *** marketplace
  • Prepare and deliver campaign performance reports in partnership with data and insight and operations teams to clients and agencies
  • Prepare and present reports internally and externally to support internal stakeholder and customer needs and demands
  • Track and optimize campaign performance, ensuring customer satisfaction and partnership success against KPI's

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Knowledge of display, video, social, connected-TV products and principles, reach and usage and the differing consumption and commercial value across devices across international markets
  • Experience of working across digital advertising at a *** owner or on the buy-side; knowledge of the demand and supply side landscape, trading models and principles, operational workflow, as well as extensive understanding of the programmatic landscape
  • Understanding of data and targeting solutions across various platforms
  • Understanding of relationships with *** agencies and advertiser brands; knowledge of the independent agency landscape is a plus
  • Confidence in delivering presentations at all levels, internally and externally
  • Experience in understanding how to navigate a complex global matrix and build positive key stakeholder relationships
  • Familiarity with viewability, audience and data products, platforms and performance, and how to apply them to maximise revenue
  • Understanding of how direct, guaranteed and non-guaranteed deals interact, the ability to articulate the merits of each, and how they can be optimised individually and collectively
